Her role spans accounting, financing, escrow coordination, insurance, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and local building departments. Vickie also manages EHB’s leasing and rental portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and tenants alike. Before co-founding EHB with Yohan Lowie and her husband Paul DeHart, Vickie served as Principal and Vice President of Powerhouse Construction, where she became one of the first women in Nevada to hold a general contractor’s license.
